Sometimes those situations start to make us feel unseen, unheard, lonely, and powerless, within ourselves. I am passionate about working with individuals within diverse communities, addressing issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, identity, relationships, loss/grief, and life transitions. Therapy will guarantee you a judgment-free zone, a space to express whatever you want/need, with a listening ear, filled with compassion. My goal is to make you feel safe, understood, and supported.
